Financial Strategy and Management:

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.

- Provide financial insights to drive business performance.

- Oversee financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Budgeting and Risk Management:

- Lead the annual budgeting process.

- Monitor and analyze budget performance, suggest improvements.

- Identify and manage financial risks.

Compliance and Audit:

- Coordinate and lead the audit process, liaise with auditors.

- Ensure financial activities comply with regulations and policies.

Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain strong relationships with financial stakeholders, including banks, regulatory bodies, and vendors.

Operational Efficiency:

- Collaborate with other departments to support company goals.

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

- Streamline and improve financial systems and processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

- CA/CFA with 8-15 years of experience.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of EXIM and treasury.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

- Experience in managing a finance team through financial transformation in fast-growth company.

- Experience on design financial systems and processes.
