Lead - Finance & Accounts - Internet/Online

Responsibilities:

- Manage financial systems and budgets.

- Report the company's financial performance regularly to management.

- Keep updated financial records for every transaction.

- Manage the documentation for every transaction (as required) with relevant stakeholders including suppliers, shipping companies, clearance companies, etc.

- Undertake financial audits (an independent check of the firm's financial position).

- Provide financial advice.

- Liaise with investors (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information.

- Review the company's systems and analyze risk.

- Advise on tax planning (within current legislation to enable the company to minimize tax liability) and tax issues associated with activities.

- Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts.

- Manage junior colleagues.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.

- Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.

- Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting; contribute to investor reports / pitches.

- Liaise with banks as required.

Qualifications:

- Qualified CA with min 2 years of post qualification experience
