Lead-Finance & Accounts-EPU- BFSI

- Design and execution of efficient processes and SoPs within the accounts function for the accounts payable team. Managing addition / modification / deletion of Accounts payable related General ledgers for budget monitoring and ensuring compliances are met.

- Lead execution of projects towards automation of Accounts payable function on SAP platform

- Assisting in preparation of Financials statements and getting the assigned area audited wrt Accounts payable function in line with regulatory and technical rules.

- Continuing engagement with key internal and external stakeholders (Department heads, controller, internal and external auditors) for the various assignments, submission of financial information and leading to conclusions

- Managing a lean team, their training needs, goal sheets, appraisals, deliverables, departmental objectives etc.
