About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned Finance Lead to oversee our financial operations and ensure the financial health of our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends.
Accounting and Reporting:
- Oversee the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Financial Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Manage tax audits and inquiries.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
