Field Marketing Lead
Job duties:
Event Planning and Execution (40% of time):
- Plan, organize, and execute regional events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and seminars, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, design, and sales, to develop event materials, presentations, and demos.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
Regional Marketing Strategy (30% of time):
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies, in alignment with the overall company marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand regional goals and tailor marketing activities to support their objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Sales Enablement and Collaboration (20% of time):
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets, to help the sales team effectively communicate the value of our platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify key customer segments and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team, sharing market insights and assisting with customer engagement as needed.
Professional Development (10% of time):
- Continuously enhance marketing skills and industry knowledge through self-study, webinars, and workshops.
- Build relationships with other field marketing professionals in the industry to exchange best practices and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or, Enginering with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in field marketing, event planning, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on event management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management.
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and the broader IT security landscape is a plus.
