Lead - Family Office/Credit Control/Credit Appraisal & Finance - BFSI

- Prepare performance measurement reports and monitor existing investments:

Monthly/ Quarterly reports on macro-economic updates and peer analysis.

Evaluate investments since inception

- Correlation analysis of major asset class - Equity, Fixed Income, Alternatives.

Evaluate potential investment opportunities:

- Understand the macro-economic/ legal/ reporting environment and tax framework

- Analysis of financial statement and key ratio analysis.

- Financial due diligence and investment evaluation.

- Assist in obtaining source of funding - dealing/ negotiating with local and foreign bankers

- Review term sheets/ loan agreements for further Refinancing and Investment. Documents are in order prior to obtaining shareholders- approval.

- Monitor loan maturities; ensure adequate funds for loan servicing.

- Monitoring of covenants, ongoing collateral management and deal with banks on operational.

- Monitor collateralized portfolios consist of various quoted and unquoted assets.

- Analyze and recommend strategy to senior management in order to make informed decision as present value changes in the portfolios (due to market price fluctuation).

- Work closely with the management to assist on cash flows in order to establish budget and assess projects need for new business ventures.

- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.

- Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required)

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Ensure quality control over financial projections on your potential and skill of work, new responsibilities will be added to your current job. These points will be discussed by your Line Manager and reviewed by end of financial year

- Responsible for finalization of accounts for all group companies

- Liaison with auditors & solving queries and also liaison with bankers/ consultants

Manage Due Diligence for Portfolio Buyouts, Financial Projections, Loss Assessment, Approval,

Integration and Stress testing / Portfolio Management post acquiring the portfolio

Develop / re-aligning Mortgages Credit Policy to Market dynamics, based on market feedback and competition mapping while ensuring the adequate Risk Guardrails.

Ensure compliance to Loss Recognition Policy and Local regulations
