Lead - ESG Sustainability

- Understand the group's sustainability ambitions, translate those into goals and align all stakeholders on these goals

- Working with various stakeholders towards ensuring formulation of the organization's approach towards a robust sustainability strategy and program

- Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Identifying ESG related risks and developing an action plan to mitigate the risks

- Leading & monitoring ESG initiatives and ensuring that the program stays on track

- Understanding of various ESG frameworks, ESG ratings and ESG disclosure norms

- Good technical knowledge in the domain of Waste Management & Circularity, Packaging, Sustainable Sourcing, Energy & Emissions Management

- Collate data and prepare responses to external disclosures, review scores from disclosures and identify areas of improvement

- Preparing ESG communication materials and helping management to make effective communication to stakeholders

- Experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage
