Job Title: ESG Lead MBA from Sustainability
Department : Corporate Marketing & ESG
Reports to: EVP, Corporate Marketing & Social Governance
Purpose of Job:
- This candidate will take on a high-visibility role and fill a critical need on the team.
- Particularly, this person will oversee Sustainability Management (ESG) and maintain regular reporting cadence to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
ESG Standards & Policies:
- Update and Enhance ESG Plan and required Policies, Procedures and Documentation, Implementation & Monitoring. Define monitoring, reporting social objectives and the impact of the company.
- Execute on an ESMS/ESG in line with organization's needs, and international standards and guidelines.
- Support creation and delivery of ESG related training for employees.
Reporting & Presentations:
- Create presentations and other communication materials for industry events, and presentations to analysts, and investors.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership and other departments on ESG mandates and requirements from current and potential investors.
- Coordinate and provide input on creation of company's Annual Reports.
- Report updates and results to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis cadence, including monthly, quarterly, annual reporting.
- Submit on-time external reporting for social impact purposes such as ATLAS, CERISE.
Data Tracking & Program Management:
- Monitor implementation of ESG-MS and CSR programs for the company track internal metrics and data from different departments, organize and present information in a usable format.
- Support the leadership in developing and implementing relevant management system for improving the overall ESG performance of the company.
Review & Learning:
- Maintain awareness of global ESG trends and tools, metrics and KPIs, and share updates and implications with broader team and management.
- Stay up to date with ESG global standards related to social impact, financial inclusion including but not limited to IFC PS1-8, ILO, UNSDGs, GIIN-IRIS, UNPRI, EDFI, CERISE, Client Protection Principles etc.
- Monitor general industry and analyst reports and summarize them for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree and above, with professional qualifications in ESG and Safety Management Systems, or related International Standards.
- Work Experience: Best to have related work experience at a finance or social impact company or above 5+ years' experience in Environment, Social and Investor management.

- Must be a team player, willing to support other team members and team or company priorities as necessary.
- Agile with ability to shift focus as priorities change.
- Must be extremely detailed and organized, be an avid problem solver with strong willingness to learn and contribute should be in a supervisory capacity in ESG and Investor relation related roles.
