Group Leader - Equity/ Commodities advisor - NISM
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Non-Playing Captain to lead our Franchisee Private Client Group (PCG) desk. The role involves managing and growing the broking business, building strong relationships with franchisees across India and overseeing large clients.
Key Deliverables:
1. Lead and mentor a team of Advisors, ensuring the team meets business goals, revenue targets and operational excellence.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring alignment with company goals and guiding them in effectively selling and managing third-party products to meet client needs.
3. Travel across India to meet franchisees and clients, host seminars and promote services. Focus on expanding the franchisee network and growing the client base.
Role Requirements:
1. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in broking with a focus on managing large teams and large clients (HNWIs, institutional clients).
2. Proven track record in managing franchisee relationships and driving business growth.
3. Expertise in third-party products (PMS, IAP, Insurance, PE, Mutual Funds, AIFs).
4. Willingness to travel extensively across India.
