Position description:
Job Purpose
To provide consistent HR support and advisory to the stakeholders, thereby enabling them to achieve Department / Organizational objective
Key Responsibilities
- To develop manpower plan basis organizational needs and budgetary approvals
- To hire right talent in a timely manner to achieve organizational objectives
- To facilitate employee onboarding, induction training and formulation of goalsheets
- To conduct attrition analysis and propose necessary improvements related to policies and processes to retain the employee
- To facilitate employee appraisal discussions and performance calibration
- To drive employee engagement initiatives townhall, R&R, Superstars etc for enhancing employee motivation and recognition
- To resolve employee grievances in fair and timely manner
- To facilitate new HR initiatives by coordinating between COE teams and employees
Specific Authorities (Financial & Non Financial)
Authorised to issue offer letters
Approval upto 10,000/- on engagement related activities
Key Performance Indicators
- Attrition rate < 20%
- NPS score > 50
- Hiring TAT as per target >= 80%
