We have been retained by our client ( A prestigious EPC Company) to identify suitable candidate for the position as mentioned below.

Position: Lead Engineer/ DGM (Electrical design)

Candidature Requirement

- Candidates should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a premier Institute with 13+ years' experience, working in reputed Consultancy / Design Engineering / EPC Organization engaged in Power Industry. Candidates should be familiar with the industry norms, International Codes and Standards specific to the field of working.

Job Description:

- Independently execute Detailed engineering of projects in compliance with applicable standard(s). The Lead Engineer/ DGM is responsible for execution of project through a team of Engineers / Designers. To do this, engineer must:

- Read, learn, understand compliance standards and determine applicability of national codes and standards / specification clauses as applicable to Project

- Preparation of Electrical System Design complete with Power System Study and Calculation

- Experience in One Line Diagram, Cable Sizing and Cable Schedules, Main Cable Route Plan, Substation Layout, Power Plan and etc.

- Preparation of Material Take off, Material Requisition, Purchase Specification, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Print Review.

- Should have managed a team of people for execution of 1-2 Power Projects.

- Experience in PDS system is an added advantage

- Train and mentor less senior technical staff.

- Proactively develop and communicate procedures, new instructions / templates for local office.

- Within policy guidelines, identify, properly document, and recommend engineering judgments.
