Job Description - The End User support and Infrastructure Ops Lead is responsible for maintaining and supporting all infrastructure, tools and utilities to support IT operation across all locations. This role will oversee managed service operation staff to ensure that operational commitments are consistently delivered across all OpCOs.

Description
- Delivering seamless IT Operation of the business for all applications and infrastructure services (Application management, Infrastructure management, End-user Support management) ensuring SLAs as well as Uplift SLAs through continuous improvement initiatives
- Overseeing vendor/partner to ensure relevant deliverables with agreed SLA as well as objectives, priorities, trade-offs and risks are aligned
- Managing partner(s) and ensuring service delivery to agreed quality and minimum time to market
- Ensuring value delivery to the OPCO/HQ-IT by maintaining oversight of IT Infrastructure and End User support related managed services
- Preparing and reviewing IT Infrastructure related RFPs as well as evaluating the bids received and giving recommendation on vendor selection
- Some travel is required for this role since End-user support and Infrastructure Ops Lead will work in multiple programs and projects across the group
Profile :
- MSc/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, systems analysis or a related study
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure and operation experience
- Exposure to Telco business is strongly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with the senior level on resolving and presenting business problems
- ITILv3 experience is required and foundation or higher certification in IT Service Management preferred
- Deep understanding of the Telco IT domain as well as architecture understanding for IT Infrastructure in a telecom environment
- Expertise in the area of managing Server, Storage, database, middleware, network, EUS (end user support) operation as well as new systems implementation
- Well-versed on Vitalisation, micro-services, Containerisation, private and public cloud
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage the direction for Infrastructure experts across OPCOS/Partners
- A structured approach to work, with the ability to plan and organize larger activities
