As a Regional Employer Brand Activation Lead, you act as a subject matter expert and advisor on employer branding strategy for key markets within the assigned region, as well as successfully execute talent attraction strategies.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advise and support on localization of global concepts for maximum relevance and impact within region/key markets
- Advise and support on employer brand activation strategies and execution, including asset creation
- Drive and safeguard quality and ROI of employer branding campaigns across the region, ensuring a data driven approach
- Drive and safeguard consistency and high quality in job ads within region through frameworks and training
- Contribute to efficient employer branding processes and ways of working, considering scalability and how to best maximize the business impact as global CoE
- Drive/support identification and onboarding of preferred vendors at regional/country level
