This role shall be responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's ER strategy globally The organization is present in USA, UK, China apart from India. The role will be adding value in strategic business advisory from an employee relations standpoint, conduct governance, assessment & mitigation of HR Risks, formulation and implementation of employment policies, employment law governance (including litigation) and building harmonious stakeholder relationships. The person should have expertise in employment and labour laws including litigation, well versed with multi cultural environments The person need to have rich experience of overseas markets
