Position: Employee Engagement Lead
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
1.Develop a sustainable employee engagement framework in line with the organization's engagement strategy. Focus on People to understand how engaged they are, with quantitative and qualitative data points.
2.Interact and align with senior leaders and stakeholders to push the employee engagement agenda and develop links between business goals and engagement goals.
3.Help leaders determine links between engagement and outcomes such as grievances, suggestions, recognition etc.
KRA's and Key Activities
1.Periodic employee engagement surveys - Roll out and management
2.Survey feedback analysis, action planning and implementation
3.Identify and address issues and solutions related to enhance the engagement levels
4.Partner with the HRBPs to design, deploy and evaluate effective and efficient engagement initiatives to improve the engagement score year on year.
5.Work with cross-functional teams to identify location specific needs and implement location-specific action plans, while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the engagement strategy
6.Build leadership connect as part of the overall engagement strategy
Educational Background and Work Experience
- MBA/PGDBM in HR from premier institute
- Experience in HR or in a closely related field
- Demonstrated ability to move forward an agenda or initiative
- Strong experience working in partnership with leaders and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives.
- Experience working with detailed information and numerical data.
