Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Editorial Strategy: Develop and execute an overarching editorial strategy aligned with business goals. Define the editorial calendar and content roadmap to meet audience and engagement targets.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators, editors, and writers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
3. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content across various platforms. Ensure content meets brand guidelines, tone, and voice.
Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in editorial roles with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Education: Bachelor of Mass Communications (B.M.C. - B.M.M.) ,Master of Mass Communications
