Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Lead with 5-7 years of relevant experience to drive our online sales efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in managing our e-commerce strategies, leading online campaigns, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed business targets. The E-Commerce Lead will be responsible for ensuring consistent growth in sales while maintaining our competitive edge in the telecom and consumer electronics industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including online sales, account management, and product portfolio management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for ongoing operations (BAU), events, and product launches.
- Analyze market trends, track competitors, and implement strategies to enhance online presence and digital marketing efforts.
- Forecast and plan business cycles, ensuring alignment with company goals for sales targets and daily run rates.
- Drive AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) campaigns and Google Ads strategies to maximize online visibility and conversions.
- Design and execute effective marketing campaigns to boost digital awareness and consumer engagement.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from go-to-market (GTM) strategy development to continuous market research and optimization.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasting data to key stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on online sales and account management.
- Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA, with a strong foundation in marketing, sales, or business administration.
- Proven expertise in managing digital marketing tools like AMS, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, competition tracking, and product portfolio management.
- Experience in industries like telecom, AIOT, mobile sales, accessories, and consumer electronics is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to forecast and develop strategies to drive business growth.
