Lead - DSA Payout - FinTech

Job Description:

- This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of revenue control within the organization.

- This includes developing and implementing strategies to reconcile revenue, ensuring compliance with financial regulations with the vendors/channels , and monitoring revenue performance.

Qualification - CA Must

Key Responsibilities:

- To ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- This includes monitoring revenue processes, conducting audits, and implementing necessary controls to mitigate financial risks.

- Responsible for monitoring revenue performance and identifying areas for improvement.

- This includes analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and implementing measures to enhance revenue generation.

- Responsible to check all financial activities like incentive calc, loyalty reward, vendor invoice processing, channel partner financials etc.

- Preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, monitoring revenue inflow, and providing financial data to senior management.

- Collaborate with the finance team, external & internal auditors in preparation of financial statements of the organization.

- Co-ordinate with org sales unit to get the collection data for reporting purpose.

Requirements :

- Apart from Academic proven experience in revenue control or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
