Role Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for driving three important agendas viz. Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding & Communication.

Diversity & Inclusion :

The incumbent will be responsible for developing a three-year roadmap for creating a strong diversity base for the co. The key deliverables for this will include tracking & reporting percentage of women candidates hired, conversion of Hi-Po talent and attrition of women employees.

Incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing a strategy to hire, engage and retain women employees & its subsidiaries. Role will also require collaboration with corporate D&I team to plan and execute actionable at a business level. Identify channels and partners to bolster proactive sourcing of diversity candidates and partner with TA COE team to activate identified channels

Employee Engagement & Recognition :

This role will be responsible for anchoring the Employee Engagement efforts for all Business units. The incumbent will anchor employee engagement surveys to provide critical insights to the organization for enhancing employee engagement. Analyze & highlight key trends & draw actionable insights, cascade execution of the action plan across the business. Incumbent will be responsible for developing a recognition framework for the Co. & its subsidiaries. Publish Recognition calendar and define metrics in terms of 3Es (Efficiency, Effectiveness & Experience) for all levels. This role will also drive employer branding & communication. The incumbent will plan and drive the employer brand strategy bringing the brand alive internally, externally leveraging upon social media platforms such as LinkedIn & Workplace. This role will ensure execution in terms of audience segmentation, content creation and vendor management.

Position Requirements :

A. Role Requirement :

- MBA /PDGM/PGP in Human resources from leading Indian B-schools OR MBA in Marketing / Communications OR Masters in Industrial Psychology with a strong background in content management and internal communications

- 2-4 years of experience in employee centric role such as Engagement or Business Partnering in a large scale setup or consulting.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified manpower requirements within the allocated resources
