Profile Summary :

This job is responsible for tracking overall hygiene of DSA operations, covering areas of process DSA/ Corporate Agents/ Agency/ Broker onboarding, DSA Centralised Operation, Regulatory, Compliance, Governance, Process, Policy, Audit, Stakeholders Management, Conflict Management, Vendor Empanelment, Channel Partners, Financial Documents Checklist.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Designing checklists in discussion with the Function heads and rolled out processes to review consistency across locations.

- Conduct surprise DSA audit at all DSA branches as per decided frequency to understand and report the branch functioning as per the rolled-out processes of ABCDL for Sales, Credit and Operations. Target of every branch visit and audit coverage atleast twice a year PAN India.

The Governance function at ABHFL serves as a central monitoring unit for detecting, highlighting and addressing any form of sales process/ operations/ performance related non-compliance, inefficiency and ineffectiveness. This function gains importance in ABCDL owing to the significantly higher transaction volumes, given the retail nature of business.

- Ensuring process compliance and protecting the business against diverse risks therefore forms a major part of this function's responsibilities.

- Highlight and tracking of underperformance and low productivity across the business, using reports shared by Data Analytics team for DSA.

The tools to monitor and implement the framework include Surprise branch reviews, PDP and goal sheet, Sourcing data monitoring since login, Training to visiting branches, training on Incentives in collaboration with Training team, Mis-selling investigation and expense management.

With the above tools the endeavour is to inform the management of the DSA function and enable consistency of understanding across locations/employees, considering diverse professional backgrounds of Employees.

- Ensuring staff action is taken on misconduct and frauds.

- Provides independent assurance of the effectiveness of management's control of business activities and of the control processes maintained by the Risk Framework Owners and Policy Owners.
