Lead - Direct Taxation - Steel Manufacturing - CA

We are hiring candidates for Direct Taxation experience with one of our leading steel manufacturers.

Department: Finance & Accounts - Taxation

Location: Mumbai

Position: Lead - Direct Taxation

Educational Qualifications: B.Com. Chartered Accountant (CA)

Professional Experience: 3 - 4 years of direct tax experience in large manufacturing organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of current tax, deferred tax, tax rate reconciliations and Tax Notes for Statutory Accounts and Group reporting.

- Preparation of Computation of Income.

- Preparation and filling of Income Tax Return.

- Calculation and payment of Advance Tax.

- Assist in Country-by-Country Reporting.

- Reconciliation of 26AS/TIS/ AIS with Financial Statements.

- Supporting Automation Projects for Direct Tax compliances and Reporting.

- Supporting in Internal Audit and SOX requirements for Direct Tax Compliances and Reporting.

- Maintenance of documentation for Direct Tax Compliances.

Functional Skills:

- Experience in Tax team of Manufacturing organization.

- Must have knowledge of SAP, MS Office & Tax Compliance Software.

- Well versed with Income Tax Department's website functionalities
