Lead Digital Transformation - Conglomerate

Background to client and role:

- Our client is a leading conglomerate that is building large scale digital capabilities to support explosive business growth. The role requires someone with high aptitude for technology and demonstrated experience of impact across Digital / Artificial Intelligence projects in the past.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure there a continuous roadmap for digitalization like leverage of AI, process mining, basic BI engines, RPA, advanced automation etc

- Design, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements and communicate them through presentations, scenarios, and stories

- Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional SMEs to deeply understand business context and key business problems.

- Bridge the gap between business and IT through Inter-personal relationship management skills

- Create Proof of concepts (POCs) / Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor of Science/Engineering/B. Com with MBA from a reputed institute

- 8-12 years of total relevant experience in the area of Digital Transformation projects with a Large Corporate/MNC or Management Consulting Firm

- Must have good understanding and exposure to emerging technologies and areas such as AI, process mining, basic BI engines, RPA, advanced automation etc. with involvement in practical applications in real-life projects and solutions

- Exceptional problem solving skills with ability to work independently as well as part of teams
