Lead - Digital Transformation & Analytics - FMCG / Foods / Beverage
Job Description :
- Develop a strategy and roadmap to innovate and optimize business capabilities (enabled via technology/digital and business process transformation)
- Develop Digital transformation Roadmap of the country in line with the business strategy of various segments to leverage technology to improve efficiency, performance, customer proximity and understanding.
- Lead the anlaytics & transformation teams to drive business outcomes
- Create, Strategize and develop a new Analytics (BI) Tools and solutions to empower business decisions, data integration, data analysis and data modeling and build Analytics COE, Business Analyst and data scientists team
- Building Digital led Innovation capability in many processes and with partners.
- Supports new RTM models through digital led technologies for the incremental uplift and NR in the retail execution and Revenue Growth Management.
- Develop an end to end strategy, design, and implementation of a digital roadmap within the consumer industry
- Work closely with Senior Management to define and execute the Data and Digital Transformation Strategy
- To lead the data analytics in strategy development with regard to the collection, manipulation, and analysis of data for the various business functions/departments and also for guaranteeing that there is high data-quality and reliability across the business
Job Requirements :
- A proven track record of business transformations and delivering on high-stake projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience and currently at a leadership level in either consumer or consulting industry
