1. Drive direct digital sales.

a. Deliver on direct acquisition through paid marketing campaigns

b. Use data and analytics to drive cross-sell and up-sell campaigns

c. Constantly improve funnel performance (across top, middle and bottom of the funnel) with data based insights with a keen eye on cost of acquisition

d. Deliver key journey enhancements that aid end to end fulfilment, key objective being reduction in friction and strive to be best in class with competitors in insurance and beyond

e. Build strong product offers for the app freemium base and work with analytics to create propensity and predictive models

2. Drive digital sales partnerships for both indemnity and byte size products

3. Own the overall digital sales P&L with a keen eye on LR and overall costs

4. Along with relevant stakeholders, develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels to drive relevant traffic

5. Work closely with the product team on key features for the specific target segment and personas and ensure that we have a GTM and lifecycle management program for all key features.

6. Analyze market trends, conduct customer research, and develop user personas to identify the most effective digital marketing channels to use.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, branding and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

8. Manage an efficient tele-sales channel for fulfilment of digital leads. Strong focus on end to end conversion, cost of acquisition and industry benchmarked fulfilment rates
