Lead Digital Marketing


Role Name : Digital Marketing Lead


Role Purpose :


- Create a digital first approach with all customer touchpoints.


- Plan and execute an engagement calendar for new / existing customers and channel partners.


- Using all facets of digital media (Social media marketing (SMM) campaigns, SEO , analytics create an ecosystem of predicting customer behavior. Predicting and plan activations that enhances market outreach of BRAND


Key Responsibilities :


- Devise approach plan to ensure all Digital Media Platforms (incl.social media) are optimized to attract and engage visitors. Help set and work towards achieving key performance indicators for Social Media that complement overall marketing and business objectives. (ex: Reach, likes/comments/shares, fans, followers, retweet, CPM and lead capture)


- Make recommendations to improve customer-experiences on all digital platforms by creating awareness around product, offers and brand offering


- Effort to integrate online and offline campaigns and provide support in the best possible way to help increase impact and reach the audience


- Help manage the marketing investment to drive the highest possible returns & low cost of acquisition in terms of the available target.


- Manage page/ media handles management tools to effectively achieve the highest ROI across platforms (mainly Facebook) Utilize optimization techniques to improve results achieved by various communication sets.


- Must be able to minimize CPM by increasing the quality of the communication and using appropriate topical hooks.


- Generate results report.

Competencies :


Functional Competencies :


- Strong knowledge of Social Media sites their functioning as well as the matrix devised by each platform.


- Proficiency with tracking analytics related to digital behavior of competition vis a vis brand


- Experience managing PPC, CPA, and CPC campaigns. Knowledge of Business Manager, Pages Manager, Twitter analytics, Scheduling Tools, Photoshop, etc. Work integrity, dedication and attention to detail


- Project management and presentation skills.


Generic Competencies :


- Team player and strong interpersonal skills.


- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Academics and Experience :


Qualification : MBA/PGDBM


Work Experience : 10 to 12Yrs overall in digital media and offline marketing with at least 3-5 years' of experience in a similar role. Candidates belong to e-com/ Retail/Consumer durables background will be preferred.
