DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create awareness about the company & develop the brand in the Digital domain

- Ensure there is a constant flow of information to both external & internal clients on a regular periodic basis

- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

- Devise innovative growth strategies

- Develop Digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals

- Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences (Good Brand asset creation knowledge is a must)

- Be able to develop best in class brand content/creatives for the company across Social, Digital channels & also take ownership of end to end deployment across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YT etc

- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines & display advertising. Should have knowledge about Digital Media planning, execution & measurement.

- Hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email and affiliate channels.

- Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.

- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Conduct market research & analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience

- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

- Responsible for preparation of quarterly, half yearly and yearly marketing budget, while tracking KPI's and ROI for all activities.

- Manage agencies on both Content Creation & Digital Deployment front.
