- Plan, strategize and execute all digital marketing, including social media, influencers marketing, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns.

- Drive revenue through digital product monetization, sponsorship packages, and strategic partnerships while optimizing ROI across initiatives.

- Create network of digital and tech agencies for specific projects. Manage these relationships effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team while fostering innovation, staying updated with industry trends, and managing external partnerships.

- Design and implement innovative digital products and solutions that can be monetized through client partnerships

- Work closely with the sales team to address digita l queries, provide strategic digital solutions to clients, and participate in client meetings to offer digital expertise to drive revenue growth.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams on multiple campaigns

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies.

- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing. Agency experience is preferred

- Have a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- Expert proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms (Google/Meta Ads).

- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, AI/ML applications, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and basic web development/UX principles

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Creative solution thinker with a passion for digital innovation.

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and a results-oriented approach.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

- Strong stakeholder management abilities, including experience collaborating effectively with sales teams.

- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
