- AcmeMinds is a growing IT services company specializing in custom software development, product engineering, and technology consulting for domestic and international clients.

- As we expand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to help build our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate inbound leads.

Role overview:

- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to establish and execute AcmeMinds' marketing strategy.

- This role involves building our brand, optimizing our digital presence, and driving engagement across various platforms.

- You will be responsible for SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn growth, paid campaigns, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Positioning & Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with AcmeMinds' growth goals.

- Position AcmeMinds as a thought leader in software development & IT services.

- Craft a compelling brand voice and messaging for different target audiences.

Social Media & Content Marketing:.

- Manage and grow AcmeMinds' presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

- Develop and execute a content calendar (blogs, case studies, social media posts).

- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and generates organic traffic.

SEO & Website Optimization:.

- Conduct SEO audits and optimize the AcmeMinds website for search engines.

- Implement keyword strategies to rank higher on Google and generate inbound leads.

- Optimize website structure, speed, and UX to improve conversions.

Lead Generation & Growth Marketing:.

- Run targeted LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns.

- Develop lead magnets such as whitepapers, reports, and case studies.

- Set up marketing automation for email outreach and lead nurturing.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

- Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Insights for performance analysis.

- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Key Requirements:.

- Experience: 4-8 years in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B IT services or SaaS environment.

- Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, PPC, and lead generation.

- Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and WordPress.

- Creativity: Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns and content.

- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making.

- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of AcmeMinds' digital marketing efforts.
