Lead Digital Marketing - Financial Services
Will be handling Digital marketing portfolio :
- Organic Traffic Strategies & Planning
- Extensive business driven Keyword research, Keyword portfolio Management , Driving CTR , Driving Traffic
- Manage various digital assets (Website, customer portal, app) and channel orchestration (SEO, SEM, Email, Chatbot etc. )for optimizing cost
- Collaborate with PR agencies and partners for content placements on high relevance platforms
- Responsible for revenue planning, allocating budget, managing P&L and supervising cost of acquisition incurred by various campaign lines
Digital strategies management :
- Responsible for creating charter for all projects pertaining to digital platforms. Define key requirements, scoping, resources & timelines for projects and supervise the execution with multiple projects teams
- Create strategic GTM plans for different products for sales growth
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and integrate offline process with digital journeys to create seamless process
- Responsible for evaluating the profitability of identified projects for sponsorship and showcasing the performance of the live projects
Data driven programs :
- Own and drive different data programs to understand customer behavior and utilize existing data to create remarketing strategies
- Designed and triggered digital KPI reports dashboards and tableau by creating singular data repository from multiple data tables
