Lead Digital Marketing - Campaign Efficiency | NBFC
Our Client is focused on lending, asset management, wealth management and insurance with employee base 20k across India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving end to end campaign efficiency for App businesses.
- Campaign efficiency needs to run like project with 2 KPIs - ensuring that leads are reaching call center on real time along with variables which can define priority & ensuring higher conversions at call center. Second KPI is totally dependent on first KPI but will be measured separately.
- Business Engagement & ownership
- Engagement with performance team for funnel understanding to build efficiency
- Daily engagement with business call center campaign managers to understand the business nuances and handling the same in solution
Data Intelligence:- Getting data view created of leads movement to call center.
- Bringing TAT, priority of leads and other variable view in dashboards
- Working closely with Data IT team on proposed solution for realtime communication
Campaign Monitoring & improvement:- Driving team towards finding new segments and using the same for continuous TAT improvement
Creating framework across all businesses for A/B testing framework and monitoring results.
Desired Candidate Profile:- 5-8 years of experience
- 3-5 years experience into Financial industry with digital marketing experience
- Excellent data related acumen for taking business decisions and create growth path
- Understanding of mobile app industry i.e. technology & data understanding (like segmentation)
- Should have experience about mobile app communication platforms
