Lead Digital Marketing
Looking for people from Advertising & PR World.
Role Purpose : Responsible to plan, develop and manage the overall digital marketing strategy. Also to report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan the roadmap for our brand presence in the online space
- Plan and roll out effective SEM campaigns in high volume categories for maximizing conversions, while simultaneously optimizing on the cost-of-acquisition.
- Develop activation campaigns on social channels
- Develop, moderate and monitor social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Mobile apps, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, Wikipedia, etc.) on a daily basis.
- Recommend and optimize social content calendar to generate highest engagement
- Develop and deliver performance reports of on-going engagement
- Familiarization with social management and analytical tools
- Conceptualize and deliver an experiential website
- Manage marketing agencies and key vendors to get the best out of them.
- Maintain a keen sense of business performance and continuously implement new ideas & innovations to support growth of key product families.
- Foster a team-working climate and leadership skills to improve our budget closer to reflecting business.
Functional Competencies :
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Knowledge of web design procedures
- Digital Content creation, SEO, ORM, CDM/CRM, Social Media Content etc.

Qualification : MBA/PGDBM in Marketing
