About the Role:

- We're seeking a talented and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our content and SEO initiatives.

- As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving organic traffic, building brand awareness, and generating leads through compelling content and optimized online presence.

Responsibilities:

- SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.

- Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and target audience.

- Analytics and Optimization: Skill in monitoring website performance metrics and implementing data-driven optimizations.

- Content Marketing Strategy: Experience in planning and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and nurture relationships with the target audience.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field

- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on content and SEO

- Proven track record of driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and generating leads

- Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices

- Excellent writing and editing skills

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
