Job Description:


- As the Manager of Digital Marketing for the airport, your core responsibility is to be the custodian of the Digital marketing requirements. The ideal candidate has core experience in content development and execution of websites and PWA.


- The ideal candidate would be equally proficient with day-to-day digital marketing requirements for the website, Social Media handles and other digital requirements of the brand.


Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid Social media.

- Lead and manage the airports website coordinating with the IT team and other internal stakeholders.

- Create a Content plan for the website and the PWA with internal and external partners.

- Work with the Digital AoR once onboarded to establish and execute a digital & social media marketing strategy to distribute content.

- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.

- Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience.

- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.

- Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviour, trends &implement research into digital marketing campaigns.

- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.

- Collaborate with the commercial team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies for online.

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them across all digital properties.

Expertise And Qualifications:


- Experience of working in a Digital Agency would be a definite advantage.

- Experience of executing a content & API integrated B2C website.

- Proven success in developing Digital marketing plans and campaigns.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Thorough experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research

- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

- Experience with marketing automation.
