Job Description:


- We are looking for an Inside Sales professional with a robust background with a passion for generating leads and nurturing client relationships in driving sales success, and leading high performing teams.


- The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of at least 20-30 people and possess strong leadership capabilities.


- You should be strategic, results-oriented, and able to develop and implement sales strategies that drive digital B2B transformation.

Location: Bengaluru(Night Shift: 3 PM - 4:30 AM)

Responsibilities:

1. Nurturing Client Relationships and generating new leads.

5. Interact with senior management to address and resolve key issues.

6. Independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

8. Maintain flexibility in decision-making with a focus on achieving results.

9. Provide support for lead generation, customer surveys, and product awareness.

10. Work in rotational shifts as needed.

Requirements:

- 13-18 years of experience in Inside Sales or Digital Sales.

- Possess strong leadership capabilities.

- Proven ability to establish strong client relationships.

- Adaptable and results-oriented.

- Any Graduation qualification.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
