Job Profile :
- To design & implement Digital HR Roadmap and work in the area of HR technology, process automation and HR analytics focusing on creating digital processes, data driven decision making and Digital workplace with emerging technology & advance analytics solutions for millennial organization.
- Developing Digital HR Roadmap and necessary action plan to develop ABFRL as bionic organization with connected digital tools & technologies providing best in class experience to group of employees and data driven mind-set in the organization.
- Designing a future proof digital roadmap for HR function highlighting major enhancement or new product development or intervention we need to do in different parts of the organization.
- Developing and enhancing virtual engagement tools like HR Chatbot, digital listening tool(s) which can be used by employees at anytime, anywhere in their day to day work life. The digital tool will act as a virtual assistant to employees and help them in their work life without getting in touch with the HR Manager.
- Conceptualizing the roadmap for HR Analytics journey for the organization and working on the action plans to develop Datalake, base reports & dashboards, predictive analytics business case scenario along with necessary data points etc. which can be used by HR team.
