Role/Title: Lead - Digital Growth for all Retail Assets(Strategy)
Location : BKC Mumbai
Job Purpose:
- The Lead - Growth will drive the strategy for business growth and customer engagement, focusing on transformative strategies and innovative solutions.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Additionally, this individual will create presentation decks with compelling storylines and support Growth leaders across various business units (e.g., Assets, Cards, Liabilities, Debt Management) in implementing new strategic initiatives and innovations.
- This requirement is in Hyper-personalisation team which is responsible for driving business, customer lifecycle and customer engagement via digital channels like Emails, SMS, notifications, Banners, WhatsApp etc.
Desired Candidate:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Proven success in creating and implementing Business & customer engagement strategies across digital channels.
- Experience in managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and support multiple business units.
- Proficiency in identifying market trends and conducting consumer research
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Identify and implement strategies and innovative solutions for business growth and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics; utilize these insights to inform strategic decision-making and benchmark against competitors.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Forge and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to support business growth and innovation objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives; leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
- Presentation Development: Create presentation decks with engaging storylines to communicate strategies and insights effectively.
- Consumer Research: Identify new market trends, conduct competition benchmarking, and gather consumer research to support digital campaigns and strategic decisions.
