- Create B2C vertical from scratch along with its assets such as SEO, YT, Affiliates and Affinity
- Spearheading strategy development and execution to drive customer/client acquisition and engagement, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets.
- Working with marketing, sales, product & customer support and operation teams to optimize existing and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals.
- Regular analysis of business performance and present in monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Analysing and optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels of SEO & SEM based on data driven insights.
- Increasing awareness of the company's brand by creating and executing growth strategies. Strengthen our brand identity and become the gatekeeper of our brand.
- Developing new channels for acquiring customers, including content creation, SEO optimization, email marketing campaigns, paid advertising, affiliate marketing and conversion rate optimization.
- Devising lead generation strategies to help improve conversion rates and generating new business opportunities.
