Job Summary:

The Lead Digital Governance & Process Monitoring role ensures the integrity and security of the digital banking platform by overseeing compliance, audit, risk management, and fraud prevention activities. This position develops and maintains governance frameworks and policies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Compliance Management:

- Ensure regulatory and industry standard compliance.

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

- Monitor regulatory changes and adjust policies accordingly.

- Conduct compliance assessments and audits.

2.Audit Oversight:

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Implement audit programs to evaluate internal controls.

- Address and remediate audit findings.

3.Risk Management:

- Identify and manage risks in digital banking activities.

- Develop risk management frameworks and policies.

- Conduct risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs).

4.Policy Development:

- Develop and maintain governance policies (data protection, privacy, cybersecurity).

- Regularly review and update policies.

- Train staff on governance policies and procedures.

5.Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units.

- Liaise with regulators and auditors.

- Provide updates to senior management on governance activities.

6.Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging risks.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead projects to implement new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Professional certifications highly desirable.

- 10-12 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, and governance within financial services, preferably in digital banking.

- Strong knowledge of digital banking regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and technologies.
