Job Description -
Drive eB2B business through Cohort specific promos and campaigns -
- Define eB2B digital trade marketing strategy for the BP, LRP (Able to develop strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty via ONLINE and OFFLINE marketing)
- Analyse sources of acquisition and ROI per channel to Fine Tune eB2B Digital Marketing Strategy
- Work with Analytics to Manage and Monitor Customer Details and Lists, Customer Journeys, and Campaign Progression (links CTR, conversion, etc.)
- Design, configure and execute eB2B-specific promos & campaigns ensuring desired conversion and ROI
- Create targeted, personalized messages (with content manager) for customers and set appropriate intervals for outreach. Define and Launch promotions on the platforms.
- Online Campaigns via Chatbot/WhatsApp/Email/SMS/Push Notifications
- Offline Campaigns via Telesales and Sales team track execution by Distributor
- Create a target keyword list for search terms that the web commerce site/app should show up for on search engines (i.e., Google)
- Develop communication (SMS, WhatsApp, email) triggers to achieve goals of adoption & retention
- Define A/B tests to be run on a regular basis for content, subject lines, timing, etc.
- Manage content agency to land right contents in right media in right time
Marketing Automation platform management & social media:
- Integrate marketing automation solution from scoping out to deployment in the system
- Develops multi-touchpoint journeys that help attract, engage, and retain customers, through Marketing Automation Tools.
- Understanding of web/chat/app behavioural data from Google analytics and Firebase
- Building customer segments and target groups to develop Marketing attribution for all touchpoints (Online, SMS, App Push, etc.)
- Executes campaigns through Social Media platforms and monitors Campaign Progression (How many registered, converted, etc.)
- Drives lead generation & build end-to-end eB2B Online Community in FB (Strategy & Customer Service)
- Day-to-day user of performance marketing automation solutions and Social Media Business Accounts
Innovation and content playing -
- Learn from the best of best eB2B and B2C eCommerce contents marketing and adapt with customization for eB2B
- Understand new digital metrics from digital companies around and replicate if relevant
