Summary of the profile :
The Digital Communications Lead oversees and executes all aspects of a company's online communication strategies. The incumbent will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, create engaging content, analyze data to optimize performance, benchmark with global peers and maintain brand consistency. Strong digital expertise, communication skills, and strategic thinking are essential for this role.
Job Description :
- Messaging and Positioning: Crafting clear and compelling messaging that highlights the digital initiatives' unique selling points and value proposition. This involves understanding the target audience and tailoring the messaging to resonate with their needs and pain points.
- Corporate Customer Engagement: Develop communication plans and initiatives to engage with existing customers and encourage our service adoption, usage, and retention. This can include email marketing campaigns, user newsletters, user communities, and customer success stories to showcase the value and success of the digital product.
- Social Media- Planning and executing social media handles of Renewable Energy Company. Positioning the brand as a decarbonization partner from a pure-play renewable company. Build advocacy and thought leadership around the leadership and brand. Ensure campaign management, tracking corporate and agency ROI, and deriving meaningful insights from social listening.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, developers, and executives, to gather product information and insights for communication purposes. This includes effectively communicating product updates, roadmap changes, and other relevant information to internal teams.
- Content Creation: Develop content assets such as campaign descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and presentations to educate and engage the audience to showcase Renewable Energy Company as a key enabler in decarbonization for corporates. This includes creating persuasive content that communicates our offerings' features, benefits, and use cases. This also includes website content, brochures, case studies, and sales enablement materials to support the sales team in establishing Renewable Energy Company as a preferred decarbonization partner.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competition, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. This includes analyzing market data, user feedback, and customer insights to refine the product communication strategy and messaging.
- Performance Measurement: Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of digital communication efforts through key metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer feedback. This allows for continuous improvement and optimization of communication strategies.
Overall, a digital communication manager plays a vital role in creating awareness, driving adoption, and ensuring effective communication of the value and benefits of digital initiatives to both internal and external audiences.
Requirement :
1. 5-10 years of digital communication management experience
2. Experience working with Business-to-Business set-up and prior experience with renewable/energy domain is a big plus.
3. B.tech & MBA,Both from the premium institute.
4. Knowledge of technology, back-end/front-end coding and fair understanding of the web technology is required.
5. Sound knowledge of SEO, SMO, web technology and other digital-specific skills.
