Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE)
- The mission of the Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) is to help organizations transform into digital enterprises. DCOE enables Client teams to Design and Delivery Strategy and Solutions across digital initiatives. DCOE has Technical, Digital and IT capability experts and help with conceptualization and delivery of delivery solutions.
- As part of the Global Digital Transformation Accelerator team, this approach gives clients the ability to sustain the benefits of a digital transformation effort long beyond the strategy consulting engagement.
DCOE also offers :
- Framework and set-up to enable execution of End-to-end digital journey and transformation and is designed to help organizations going through a transformation such as the deploying the best digital platform for their organization by offering support in areas such a solution Design - UI/UX (interface design), Technical Design (right set of technology and design technical architecture), Vendor Selection (identify right vendor for various components, vendor negotiation, contracting and on boarding), Solution Execution (Managing IT Solution providers and agile development),change management and governing guidelines for selecting and integrating IT infrastructure.
- An ecosystem of partners helps clients maintain and source vendors in order to fulfill their digital needs, such as app development software, Web analytics assessments, and augmented reality expertise.
The Role :
- Lead The Lead is a senior member of the Digital centre of Excellence (DCOE).
- The Lead will bring significant expertise on the topic of Technology and Digital and continue to grow Clients thought leadership and capabilities on the topic of digital initiatives through the vehicle of DCOE
- He/she would be instrumental in business development activities including but not limited to facilitating internal & external stakeholder discussions, building client relationships that are strong and lasting and serving as core member of the DCOE management team.
- In addition to these activities this individual will be responsible for team mentoring.
- The Lead will have the ultimate responsibility in the building up the center.
- This includes a role in setting the DCOE strategy, developing the business plan and executing on the strategy with yearly targets.
- The Lead will collaborate with leadership to drive development of intellectual property, build the portfolio of DCOE services and on-board required capabilities.
- The Lead will drive the commercial agenda by supporting proposal and sales efforts
- In addition the Lead will support case team delivery bringing a combination Of topic expertise, intellectual leadership and management skills to help direct and guide DCOE service and products offerings.
General Requirements :
- Preferred advanced degree In Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Physics or Mathematics, graduate of a leading engineering school would be a plus
- Strong academics from top-tier institutions ( top 10% of class)
- Excellent written and spoken English, other Indian languages a bonus
- 10-12 years experience within Consulting, Telecommunications, Financial Services or premier IT group, including 2 years in a similar role .
- Be a strong manager with clear leadership/management achievement
- Management consulting experience preferred
- Experience addressing business challenges leveraging Technology solutions
- Exposure to deep drive IT diagnostics, experience identifying value creation opportunities
- Good understanding of UI/UX and mobility and enterprise architecture principles
- Interest and expertise in technology-related topics such as Big Data and Analytics, Information/Cyber-security, information architecture, IT project management methodologies will be an added advantage
- Have prior experience in driving an intellectual agenda and building delivery and execution of a digital academy defining and guiding the strategic direction of technology topics.
- Have prior experience in handling technology/business relationship and SLA management process with external vendors responsible for the delivery and deployment of solutions ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet required standards
