Experience : 8-10 years
Skills
- MBA/MA Economics/Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent qualifications from premier schools is mandatory
- 8-10 years of experience in text analytics, preferably in the digital domain.
- Extensive experience in text analytics tools like Clarabridge, BrandWatch highly desirable
- Strong Text Analytics background with focus on digital experience data to drive optimized digital experience
- Excellent analytical skills providing insights as well as recommendations.
- Flair for qualitative data analyses and interpretation and ability to process data to draw insights, answering - so what- questions about data
- Experience in R / Python languages,text analytics and unstructured data modelling is an added advantage.
- Abreast of latest developments in the field of text analytics.
- Strong inter-personal skills to help collaborate across teams
Key Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive analyses of user feedback across the various owned and earned channels - onsite, app and social media.
- Channnelise business needs/requirements coming from partners/stakeholders into analytical framework and deliver impactful analyses/presentations
- Communicate the key analyses to the senior management team
- Mentor team to build / enhance knowledge on text and social media analytics
- Bring industry best practices on social media and text analytics to the team and be a subject matter expert in text analytics.
- Cross-team collaboration to drive integrated insights
- Collaborate with other teams working on text analytics to share best practices and drive capability development across the organization.
- Periodic Discussion with key partners and stakeholders to have a very strong understanding of business problems; showcase individual and team's work.
- Use multiple data sources that include Oracle databases, Clickstream data, customer survey data and Adobe Analytics to drive analyses
- Derive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute plans to drive improvements to the digital experience
- Work with the technical team to identify gaps and improve the data capture strategy.
- Create dashboards for presentations to senior management team
