Demand Planning Lead

Education: Premier B-school background (NITIE Preferred)

Industry: Pharma/ FMCG/ Consultancy

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities include:

1. Design , Anchor and lead the S&OP Process

2. Forecasting Accuracy / BIAS at Channel level with focus towards MT &

3. Ecommerce to improve service levels thru enhanced OTIF

4. Inventory Management , Cost D&E , Returns, Freights.

5. Define & deliver KPI on supply performance.

6. Ensure product availability thru forecasting & planning.

7. Good understanding of Pharma / OTC products registration and labelling requirements

8. Define & deliver end to end value chain mapping aspects & drive the planning, implementation & delivery of products

9. Define & deliver KPI on supply chain performance, Identify and resolve operational issues.

10. Work with people/ process & technology in planning space. Drive profitability for the business.

11. Ability to influence stakeholders, in commercial, marketing finance & physical execution.

12. Advance project management, project planning & execution using project Management tools (MS project).

13. Understand & equipped to handle SAP transitions. o Customer connect & seek regular feedback on process improvements.
