Lead Decision Science/Analytics

Core Responsibilities :

- Work closely with C-level stakeholders, identifying and interpreting business needs and responding with BI solutions.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery and teams aimed at identifying, analyzing, developing and implemented business intelligence metrics.

- Proactively identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis, and work with business leaders to find strategic solutions;

- Understand the business needs of the company and develop data-driven solutions to support those needs

- Work with stakeholders across the company to collect requirements for new reports and dashboards

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures to support reporting and analysis

- Develop and implement ETL processes to load data into the data warehouse

- Create and maintain documentation for all BI systems and processes

- Train users on how to use BI tools and interpret data

- Stay up-to-date on latest BI trends and technologies

- Conduct research to identify new BI tools and techniques that can be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Manage BI projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Present findings and recommendations to upper management

Eligibility :

- 10+ years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field

- Degree in computer science, mathematics, business or any other related fields.

- Expertise with ETL, Bigdata, data structure.

- Expertise with creating OLAP (Cube, slice, dice and drilling),

- Strong in SQL and querying for ad-hoc reports,

- Have communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

- Proven experience leading a team of analysts

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL.

- Strong knowledge of BI reporting platform like Tableau, Power BI QlikView etc

- Bigdata :PySpark, Python/ Knime.
