Lead - Debt Syndication Desk

Assisting top management in deal sourcing, evaluation of industry & company analysis, building financial models, leading discussions with strategic investors negotiating term sheets, deal structuring and deal closure.

To perform credit analysis for loan syndication deals. This will also include working on credit memorandums etc.

Tracking the financial and operational performance of client on an on-going basis will also be a part of the responsibility.

To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, assistance in security creation until the loan disbursement stage.

Identifying and approaching lenders for syndication of the loans and finalizing the financial tie-ups

Risk analysis, preparation of the financial model

Responsible for policy formulation, policy implementation, credit underwriting and monitoring activity, portfolio mapping, publishing MIS and reports

Liaising, interacting and follow up with bankers

Preparing credit assessment notes and drafting terms and conditions for the loan

Negotiating the terms of sanction, obtaining sanction and post-sanction formalities
