Lead - Data Visualization - BFSI

Essential Skills & Experience

- Hands on experience in designing & developing intuitive and interactive dashboards using Power BI.

- Expertise in performance optimization of dashboards and scheduling data refreshes

- Proficient in data modelling using DAX scripting.

- Experience in data wrangling and analysing large dataset using SQL. Familiarity with data warehousing techniques, OLAP reporting, relational & non-relational data models

- Experience in cloud preferably AWS to prepare the relevant data mart.

- Hands on experience in Python, R, Pyspark, Excel VBA

Job Conditions

- 5-8 years of experience in Financial services (Retail lending) industry

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Partner with data engineers, data architects to build advanced, scalable, efficient, automated dashboards using Power BI and self-service BI infrastructure

- Communicate results, present data/insights to non-technical stakeholders and drive business review discussions

- Convert business requirements into visualization specifications

- Lead and deliver projects following agile methodology
