Lead - Data Scientist - Internet/Online

- This role is with a fastgrowing ecommerce startup.

- Lead- Data Scientist will create new analytical models to forecast demand, understand customer preferences, improve inventory placement, predict business outcomes and optimise supply chain strategy.

- The ideal candidate will have a blend of applied math, data science and engineering skills, proven track record of solving critical business problems through data science and strong analytical/quantitative and engineering skills.

- Preferred PhD or Masters in Engineering or Statistics or Operations Research

- Strong background in Statistical Modeling and Machine learning algorithms

- Extensive experience in Python, SQL, ML and Big Data Ecosystem
