Job Description:

- Lead a team of Data scientists to deliver complex model and address business problem

- Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

- Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query
understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.

- Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years in Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments.

- Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning)

- Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.

- Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus

- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field from a reputable institution
