Lead Data Scientist

Requirements:

- Advanced understanding of statistics is a must - at least 8 years of hands-on experience in solving data science problems.

- Should have worked extensively in any of the following - multiple linear regression/ logistic regression/ clustering/ random forests/ forecasting/mathematical optimization.

- Expertise in tools required to execute a data science project - SQL, Python, ML algorithms.

- Expertise in using Cloud solutions(AWS, Azure, etc.) for deploying data science projects.

- Synthesizing findings and insights through effective storytelling through visualization tools such as Power BI.

- Strong experience in exploratory data analyses, ML experiment design, statistical testing, and frameworks.

- Proven experience in designing and scaling up data science solutions.

- Experience working in scrum teams with Agile tools like JIRA.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to explain complex concepts and technical material to non-technical users.

- Retail or Ecommerce domain is preferable.
