Lead - Data Science - FMCG

- An incumbent with an MBA degree from a top tier business school and experience in business analytics /data science roles with hands on experience on algorithms, model building,scenario building, modeling (Regression, Decision trees, Sensitivity analysis ,market mix modeling, A/B testing , scenario building , clustering & segmentation techniques ),in Machine learning techniques , Hands on R or Python

- Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL and/or other visualization experience are invited to take over the following responsibilities for an FMCG Major

- Build and refine logics for data science led analytics use cases.

- Work with team to define business requirements, come up with analytical solution

- Work with IT teams (power BI developers, data engineers) to create dashboards to drive self service analytics

- work with commercial teams to drive adoption of dashboards

- Collaborate with Corporate and Region stakeholders to identify business issues and provide data-based solutions to enable business

- Co ordinate with tech team to translate business requirements to Analytics inputs

- Articulating business insights and driving them to action

- Ability to translate & understand business issues into data driven solutions
